Struggling with a condition that hasn't responded to conventional treatment?
Chronic pain, FND, dysautonomia, post-concussion, anxiety and autoimmune conditions often have a nervous system root that conventional medicine doesn't address. I work directly with your nervous system to find and clear the underlying drivers.
- 1:1 Integrated Treatment Sessions

The nervous system is either the barrier or the breakthrough.
I help individuals from all walks of life who are struggling with complex health challenges — uncovering root causes and guiding you on a path to lasting health.
A deeper look at your health
At the heart of my practice is the Functional Neuro Health Approach — rather than targeting symptoms in isolation, I assess the neurological patterns that are organising them, then create a personalised roadmap to help your nervous system self-regulate and restore function.
Preliminary Assessment
Baseline assessment — listening for patterns, not symptoms.
Ease the System
Sympathetic down-regulation — creating a felt sense of safety.
Align the Hierarchy
Find the keystone issue driving other symptoms.
Correct
Restore brain–body communication with precise neurological corrections.
Embed
Build lasting resilience with home protocols and lifestyle integration.
The hats I wear in a session
Every session draws on different skills — here's the toolkit I bring into the room with you.
Investigator
Uncovering the patterns beneath your symptoms — asking the right questions and listening for what's driving the system.
Somatic Therapist
Working with the body's felt sense — tracking nervous system responses and helping you resource in the present moment.
Technician
Applying precise, repeatable neurological corrections — the craft of targeting the keystone issue with accuracy.
Teacher
Explaining what we're doing and why — giving you the language and tools to understand your own nervous system.
Counsellor
Holding space for what comes up — supporting the emotional and psychological layers that accompany physical change.
Three phases of transformation
These phases provide a framework for your journey — they can unfold sequentially or run concurrently, depending on your system's readiness.
Nervous System Stabilisation
The foundation of all lasting change. Before the nervous system can integrate new patterns, it must first feel safe. This phase focuses on down-regulating threat responses and restoring vagal tone — creating the neurological conditions in which healing becomes possible.
- Threat response down-regulation
- Vagus nerve restoration
- Autonomic regulation
- Foundation for lasting change
Psychological Integration
Once the nervous system is more stable, the psychological layer becomes accessible. This phase addresses the beliefs, emotional patterns and conditioned responses held in the system — integrating mind and nervous system as a unified whole.
- Emotional pattern resolution
- Belief system integration
- Nervous system–mind coherence
- Trauma processing where relevant
Lifestyle Optimisation
With a regulated nervous system and integrated psychology, sustainable lifestyle change becomes natural rather than forced. This phase embeds the gains — through movement, nutrition, sleep, environment and daily practice — building long-term resilience and autonomy.
- Movement & recovery protocols
- Sleep & circadian regulation
- Nutritional nervous system support
- Long-term resilience building

Frequently asked questions
What can I expect in my first session?
We start by listening — a full assessment of your history, your symptoms and how your system is functioning, then we map a personalised treatment roadmap together. Bring any previous scans or reports if you have them.
Do you offer health fund rebates?
Yes — health fund rebates are available for physiotherapy. Check with your fund for your level of cover, and we'll provide the paperwork on the day.
Can you help with chronic pain that hasn't responded to other treatments?
That's exactly what functional neuro health is designed for. If your body has been stuck in pain or stress patterns despite treatment, we look at the nervous system layer that may be organising the symptoms.
Do you offer online or remote sessions?
Yes — online sessions are available for assessment, coaching and protocols, wherever you are.
Where are you located?
